The Reality.
Sub-Saharan Africa has the highest rates of education exclusion. Over 50% of children between the ages 6 to 14 are out of school and 60% of youth between the ages 15 and 17 are not in school.
11% of the world’s population resides in Africa and the continent carries 24% of the global disease burden because of malnutrition and lack of access to medicines and medical care.
